Directions
In a high-speed blender, add oat milk and regular milk first for better blending. Then toss in the frozen strawberries and banana. Add both protein powders, followed by hemp seeds, oats, ashwagandha, creatine, and a drizzle of honey (if using). Top with ice cubes.
Start blending on low and increase to high for 30–45 seconds, until smooth, creamy, and thick. Add a splash more milk if needed to reach your desired texture.
